Beef (whole)   $5.10 a pound on hanging weight – deposit of $600

Beef (half)   $5.40 a pound on hanging weight – deposit of $300
Price includes delivered to butcher, cut, wrapped and delivered to an address in Lacombe, Blackfalds, Sylvan Lake, Ponoka or Red Deer.  You pick exactly how you want the beef done up.  The deposit gets taken off the total amount owing.  Average cost of half a beef is $1,400-1,800.  Jerky, sausage and patties are an extra charge.
